We have a business meeting on the first Tuesday of the month and a potluck supper on the third Tuesday of the month at the Presbyterian Church in Antrim.

The business meetings are working sessions to plan and organize our fundraisers and other volunteer work.

The dinner meetings typically have a guest speaker who is either a member of the local community or a fellow Lion to update us on District and International programs.

Following is a business meeting at the VFW in Bennington.

During this past year the Antrim Bennington Lions Club awarded the Melvin Jones award to two members, Sarah Edwards and Dick Loveland.  Following are pictures of them receiving their awards. Lions International recognizes outstanding individuals by bestowing on them an award that is named for its founder, Melvin Jones. This Fellowship Award (LCIF) is the highest form of recognition and embodies humanitarian ideas consistent with the nature and purpose of Lionism. The recipient of this award becomes a model because of the exemplary service to his club and the community for which it serves.
